Self Service Purple Bucket Exchange Stations

*Self Service is for residential customers only.  For commercial service, see below*

​

1) Choose a self-service location below and complete enrollment.  Subscriptions are charged monthly on the same day.  No additional fees.  Cancel at any time without penalty.

​

2) Receive a Welcome Email with your chosen location's access code.

​

3) Use access code to unlock the box and pick up your first empty Purple Bucket.  Each bucket holds 5 gallons.

​

4) Take your Purple Bucket home and fill it with approved compostable food scraps (no bags or liners, straight into the bucket please).

​

5) Return your full bucket to the same location and exchange it for an empty bucket.  REPEAT!

​

6) Claim your annual share of compost.  Please remain subscribed to PBC's email list to receive notice when compost is available.  Thank you!

AT WORK Collection Plans 

 Includes bucket swaps at your place of business.

2) Receive a welcome email with details on when your 1st bucket will be delivered and your collection schedule.

​

3) Take your Purple Bucket inside and fill it with approved compostable food scraps (no bags or liners, straight into the bucket please).  Each bucket holds 5 gallons.

​

4) On collection day place your Purple Bucket at the agreed upon collection location. Ensure the lid is tight to keep odors in and wildlife away.

​

5) PBC's drivers will collect your full bucket(s) and leave a fresh Purple Bucket in its place.

​

6) REPEAT! Claim your annual share of compost.  Please remain subscribed to PBC's email list to receive notice when compost is available.  Thank you!
